My turn around time I am a collage student so I work mostly on Saturdays and Sundays, So I always update on those if its not completed yet. Max t.a.t. is a week, unless I have stated before the commission if it would take longer.Editing:
amount of editing, do not edit or make changes to the commission after I have completed it. (this also includes moving/removing my signature)
If there is only a minor detail That needs fixing. Its preferred you ask me,
but if its from a while ago or the character drawn has been redesigned I wil not edit it.rights:

you may not, claim the commission as your own art. Use the commission for profit/advertisement, and AI trainingextra: I'm mostly active on my Toyhouse, so if you want to commission me or have some questions ask me there if possible.

Art T.O.S

As the artist I maintain the rights to upload/post commissioned artwork online and as display examples for commissions.If you received my art as a gift you may not use for anything commercial.Don't use ANY of my art (commissioned or not) in AI training/generating.I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason. mostly for very detailed + exotic/uncommon species I don't feel comfortable to do commissions with.Full refunds are only applicable before I've begun work on the commission partial refunds if I'm in the sketching phase, and non-refundable once the work is finished.You may not use the original artwork made by me commercially. You may use the original artwork made by me for personal use (example: stickers)

Character Ownership T.O.S

You may use the design for personal/ non-commercial use. to use the design for commercial use, reach out to me (zikizoko) to discuss the commercial usage fee.Once you own the design, you are allowed to change anything you like. (markings, colours, species, form, alt designs, etc) Just remember to give proper credit to the original design. And not delete the original designs images from the character. and for the Toyhou.se website don't remove me as the designer/creator but add another designer if redesigned.You got my design in a trade/raffle? You can trade it, not sell it unless art is added. (and I'm not telling you what your art is/ isn't worth just make something if your making profit out of it)You got my design for money? You can trade it, and sell it but not for more money than you got it from unless art is added.Its heavily preferred designs aren't resold off-site, If so don't delete the character profile and send it to me I will keep the profile archived.Purposefully deleting a design will revoke any opportunity to own my designs in the future. If you don't want it I prefer it that it's given/traded/sold to someone else. do not send the character to a shelter, I prefer its given back to me to be redesigned.Don't re-upload a design by deleting the original profile and making a new one. This will get rid of the transfer history. It makes me very uncomfortable, since now I'm not sure if you're the correct owner of the character. And I like the transfer history to be intact from its creation date starting from me, and to make sure the character isn't being transferred for higher than there worth without added art (breaking the t.o.s.)You’re free to private the character as you wish. But authorization or giving me a key to the character will be appreciated, that way I know it's not deleted and I love checking in on my past designs!A design will never be revoked. Once you pay, trade, or are gifted a design, you own it and are free to do as you wish. If this T.O.S. is broken, I may take my credits off the character depending on its improper use and/or association. And you may not own any more designs by me in the future. (unless you made a chargeback, its stealing if you don't pay)Don't use the design for problematic content. (pedophilia, incest, zoophilia, romanticizing illnesses). The character can be made morally gray or problematic for the sake of story telling. (Example don't make the character hold up a zoophilia flag as if it's a pride flag)No additional tos can be added to my designs. (this includes, resellers and shelters) just because you owned it at a time, or did a redesign, it doesn't make you the creator of the design. Please report to me if this occurs.Don't make a design I made into a species. my designs are unique and that's a way to just make duplicates/similar characters for profit. unless I gave you permission or you are given something labeled along the lines of "species concept" then it's fine. This will also be labeled in the TOS if it's a species that can be made more of.You're not allowed to add an ai created art piece to the character. Ai steals from artists so improper credit will be given to the actual artist that it's stolen from. This will result in a blacklist.When it comes to NSFW art, it's your responsibility to properly tag it. making it visible/accessible for minors will resold in a blacklist. (or a warning at first depending on severity)

Species T.O.S

this is how it wil be stated in a species specific t.o.sOnce you own the species, you are allowed to change anything you like. (markings, colours, species requirements/design etc) Just remember to give proper credit to the original species concept/design. And not delete the original species design/concepts/images from the character/resource. and for the Toyhou.se website don't remove me as the designer/creator but add another designer if redesigned.This is a species design so you're free to make multiple characters based on this preset, and possibly allow others to make characters of this species.it will be appreciated but not necessary to allow me to make one character of the species.Do note, if I made a character based on this species before your ownership of the species, the character will not be deleted/transferred to you. and it will not apply to any rules you set in place. I will not make more characters of the species without permission of the current owner of the species.
